Policy and Terms

**Please read ENTIRE message to understand booking** To request an appointment 25% of your service will need to be paid. Deposits are NON-refundable to prevent no shows or in case of cancellations. If you NO SHOW there will be a $35 dollar charge automatically applied to card on file. The booking deposit does go towards your balance owed at the end of your appointment. Your appointment is successfully booked when you receive the confirmation TEXT. If you need to reschedule, communicate with me directly. I can transfer the deposit if you reschedule your appointment. Clients are able to manage their own appointments online up to 24 hours before start time. Please reach out directly if you have a concern or need to work something out.

Introductory Facial

Experience our Introductory Facial, designed to rejuvenate and refresh your skin. This service includes a hot towel treatment with a double cleanse to balance tone and then to hydrate. Followed by a relaxing scalp and facial massage to reduce tension and enhance circulation. Finishing with a Vitamin C citrus moisturizer that will leave you a radiant, glowy complexion.

(Mini fill) Touch up

Applies to all styles. This is just a touch up service, AKA “mini fill”. NOT considered a full “regular fill“ service. The touch up is to help even things out. It allows enough time to remove outgrown lashes and apply new lashes to make gaps look LESS noticeable. It helps stretch out time between the next fill. A mini fill will only have 45 min to an hour dedicated and can also be added between regular fills.

(Standard Fill) Hybrid, Volume, Classic+

Standard regular fill service for all other styles: Hybrid, Volume, Classic Plus (Angel set/Wet set). Must have 40-50% of lashes remaining or a $15 fee will automatically be added on. If your lashes remaining are 30% or LESS it is no longer a fill but a FULL set.

(Fill) Traditional Classics only

This is for the natural girls who want a subtle tradition look. It’s the 1 to 1 traditional Classic lashes. Must have at least 40-60% of lashes to be a fill, anything less will either have extra fees or may count as a new set. As the days go by you will naturally lose lashes, so to maintain your lashes looking top shape and keep up the fullness as when the set was applied, lash artists recommend a fill every 2 weeks. (New set) Volume Lashes

Volume lashes are for those who want a full lash look. Glam and flirty, for an extravagant eye. The volume set is multiple extensions applied to 1 natural lash. It gives fullness. This set includes: Closed fans for wet sets, Angel lashes or the wispy “Y”shaped extension. This creates a beautiful wispy set. Suitable for those who want a little more fullness than the traditional Classic lashes. Recommended for those who want something glam but staying within natural limits or may have naturally sparse lashes as Classic lashes may not be dense enough.

(New set) Classic Lashes

Classic lashes give you a subtle, more natural look. Fullness will vary per person depending how thick natural lashes are. Approximately takes 2.5-3 hours to complete Juego de pestañas clásico. (New set) Hybrid Lashes

The Hybrid set gives you a fuller look than the Classic set but not as full as the Volume set. It’s half classic and half volume, benefits those with naturally sparse lashes or whom simply want more than a natural look. It includes a mix of single lash extensions as well as fans which can include multiple lashes in one extension. Application takes 2.5-3 hours to complete. Lash Removal

Lash removal will be the complete removal of any lash extensions remaining . I will manually remove some extensions with my tweezers, removing the extensions on the verge of shedding and with the cream remover I saturate your lashes so the cream can break down the adhesive allowing the extensions to slip off or easily be removed. (Some tugging may be involved)At the end there will be a lash bath involved with foaming soap and water to ensure all remover residue is cleansed.
