The Lash Club – Booking Policies & Terms

By booking with The Lash Club, you agree to the following policies:

Appointment Confirmation:
	•	Deposits must be paid in advance for your appointment to be confirmed.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
	•	No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total.
	•	Same-day cancellations will incur 70% of the appointment total.
	•	Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 50% of the appointment total.
	•	Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are free of charge.
	•	Clients under 18: Any no-show or cancellation outside of the policy timeframe that is not paid will result in contacting their parent or guardian for follow-up.

Lateness:
	•	Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.

Rescheduling & Cancellations by The Lash Club:
	•	The Lash Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if necessary, and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
