The Hound Lounge 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, (a late cancellation fee may apply)

Clients should arrive at their scheduled time, we will not be able to groom your dog if you are more than 10 minutes late as we won’t be able to complete the groom in the given Time slot.

Clients  will be sent a text or we will call  you about 15-20mins before your dog is ready to be collected,
(Please also note that we can only hold your dog for 30 minutes after their groom as we do not have the capacity to hold multiple dogs at a time, there will be an additional 5€ charge for every 15 minutes after that) 

If a Client fails to show up to an appointment there will be a fee of half the price of the total cost of the groom , which would be paid at your next appointment should you reschedule.

This is the third time ‘Hiro’ has been and had an amazing job done. He is always happy going in and the work is both precise and really well finished. He is indeed a ‘very distinguished gentleman’ with his new summer cut when I picked him up.

Henri, our Tibetan Terrier is groomed every 6 weeks by Julia at The Hound Lounge.  When he enters the Salon he happily walks  with Julia to her grooming station.  He’s always calm  as indeed are all of the other dogs in the Salon. Julia  always does a super job and  we have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending The Hound Lounge.
