The Hair & Beauty Lounge

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 6 hours before appointment time, any changes made within this time will be charged 50% of appointment fee. 

No shows will be charged 100% of appointment fee. 

Please arrive to your appointment on time. We have a grace period of 10 minutes, anything after will be a no show. 

This policy is non negotiable. 
Deposits are non refundable.

Kirsty is absolutely amazing, she was so friendly as soon as I walked through the door and had a huge smile! She made me feel very welcome and felt so comfortable when I sat down. She is very knowledgeable about the health of nails which I loved hearing about. The amount of colour choice was fantastic. Highly recommend this salon, can't wait to go back!
