• Please thoroughly read our Policies, Services, and Pricing first before booking an appointment with us. After reading our Policies, Services, and Pricing if you proceed to book and reach out through Text/call/DM you are accepting all policies and possible fees. • $30 Non-Refundable Deposit (Per Pet) Required in order to book & confirm your appointment. We will send you a deposit link to confirm the appointment. NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT **PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE END OF THE SERVICE UPON PICK UP, REMAINING AMOUNT CAN BE CARD/CASH** • We do not require proof of rabies for pets UNDER 16 weeks (4 Months) • We require all client dogs AGED 16 weeks (4 Months) or older to have valid vaccinations. • Make sure to send us a photo copy of your pets up to date Vaccination Records before the day of your appointment. • We Require Rabies, DHPPv (Parvo), & Bordetella. • A receipt or collar tag will NOT be considered valid proof of rabies. • Only allowed to reschedule one time, after that it will be a cancellation. • 48 hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. No Shows, Same Day Cancellation, Or Same Day Reschedules Will Be Charged A $25 Fee, Please be respectful of our time. • Last minute cancellations will result in a $25 Fee, if failed to pay you will not be able to book again. We allow a 15 minute grace period, anything after 15 minutes will result in a $15 Late fee. If you are running later than the allotted time we will no longer be able to take you in resulting in a cancellation, as we might not have time to complete the groom in the allotted time slot anymore. Please keep in mind that we will not inconvenience our other appointments as we strive to respect our one on one appointments for each fur baby. • Pets with uncontrollable or excessive bowel movements will be charged an extra $25 for re-bathing and drying (We will notify you) • Pets with fleas or ticks will have to be treated automatically and charged, if for whatever reason you don't want us to treat them, we must send your pet home to prevent the spread of fleas and ticks. (We will notify you) • We reserve the right to send any pet home immediately if they are deemed a danger to us or themselves. • You must pick up your pet within 30 minutes of completion. A text/message will be sent out 30 minutes before the service is completed to inform you of your pets completion. A $25 day care fee (per pet) will be applied to pets left longer than 30 minutes after completion. • De-shedding a dog will not completely stop them from shedding. If you feel your dog is still shedding after a de-shed treatment, you can come in for extra brush out at an additional cost. • If for any reason you are unhappy with a haircut you have 24 hours to let us know so we can reschedule and fix it. If for any reason we can not fix or you no longer want us to fix it, you will be refunded the haircut portion only. • If you feel a skin rash appears due to soaps or perfumes used, we will offer 1 free bath using a Hypoallergenic Shampoo. The Groovy Groomer will not be held responsible for any Medical Bills arising from skin rashes. A skin rash may be an underlying condition. • As a pet owner you assume all responsibility when bringing in your pet to The Groovy Groomer. You will NOT hold The Groovy Groomer responsible for any Injuries or Death caused while your pet is in our care. • The Groovy Groomer will NOT be held financially responsible for any Medical Bills that arise from the grooming process due to pet's behavior, any medical conditions known or unknown, stress related issue caused by grooming, cuts to moles or skin abnormalities, old age, rashes or skin related issues. • Any claim must be done within 24 hours of service. The Groovy Groomer will NOT be held responsible for any issue or medical problems that occur past the 24 hours of the grooming service.
