I had my 10 month Pomeranian there today. She did a wonderful job. My Jenna looks so soft and fluffy. I'm very happy with her work.

This was Adele's first visit to your spa!! We loved the quiet atmosphere and I am certain Adele was very comfortable with Kim. Adele was beautiful and we loved your salon!! We will be back!

I just love going to see Aunt Kim!!
She gives me a bath, cuts my hair, cuts my nails and even brushes my teeth when my mom doesn't have time! You should BEG your mom to take you to see Aunt Kim!! I know she would love to give you a bath and brush your hair too!! And if you are good for her, she may just give you a treat too!! But dont tell my mom. 😄

Kim always helps make Murphy look great! I love how convenient drop off and pick up are too.

Warm and welcoming! Calm, quiet and peaceful. Very lovely clipping and bath. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier. Kim was super easy to work with but also just a genuinely kind and gentle person. My super skittery dog was very nervous when I left her and when I came back she was perfectly calm, happy, and had an adorable haircut on top of it! We are new to the area and Golden Rule came highly recommended by several neighbors. We will absolutely be back!

Kim is a kind person who always does a great job on our doodle and aims to please her customers. She works with your dog's particular needs. Most importantly, our dog likes her, and we are happy with the end results!

Super Nice and Love taking my Dog to her,

It’s like Christmas everytime I pick Murphee up from Kim. Just when I think it couldn’t get any better, she surprises me again. In awe EVERYTIME!!!
She’s earns every dollar and I highly recommend Kim. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Kim is absolutely wonderful with my two dogs! She is very patient and kind with them, as they get a little nervous. She does an excellent job grooming them. They always look so adorable afterwards.

Our pups, Bryn and Scout love their bath and grooming days. Kim is amazing with them and they come home so happy and looking like the prince and princess of the home.

Kim did a wonderfu job with Peaches.
We are very pleased.

As always Kim does a great job with my dogs!!!

Kim, did a great job grooming
Daisy! I finally found the perfect groomer!!

Thank you KIM !!

Archie received a great haircut! Easy to book. Great communication. He will be back!

Thank you so much for doing such a great job! Gunner smells so good and feels so soft!

Wonderful groomer - my pets love getting pampered by Kim

Kim has been grooming our doodle and Westie since we moved here last June. They always come home looking fabulous! I highly recommend her!

Kim is a great groomer!!!! Our old English sheepdog LOVES her even though grooming is her least favorite activity as a result of poor groomers at a certain pet chain store. Kim will work meticulously on Bu’s coat! She’s the best!

Kim is great she does a fantastic job! Riley loves her and dosent mind going there. She does 1 on 1 in her own shop at home. So much more personable. We love her and will keep her.

Kim is AMAZING Baxter loves going there and she does a fantastic job HIGHLY recommend. I prefer to take my dog to somewhere that does one on one with no cages.

Kim is the best! Thank you for taking such good care of Gus ❤️

Zeus was taken care of in a timely manner and was shiny happy and smelling good.

Love there haircuts and you are so kind!! God bless. See you soon!

I recommend The Golden Rule Pet Grooming services! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic for Luigi. Kim is professional, gentle, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she works with. Luigi came home looking amazing with his bow tie, smelling great, happy and relaxed. The attention to detail and genuine kindness really stood out. It’s such a relief to know my pet is in safe, loving hands. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending The Golden Rule Pet Grooming to friends!

My pups LOVE their grooming time. I know they are well taken care of. It’s peace of mind knowing Kim only has one set of pups at a time - we have 2 so they groom together. I LOVE 💕

Kim is great at what she does and my dogs love her!

Excellent service & so good with my nervous anxious dog. 100% satisfied.

It was a friendly, dog-loving experience.

Great experience. Kim is so good with Riley he really likes her. She's patient and very kind. Best groomer in town.

My fur baby Cooper absolutely loves Kim. Cooper is a red lab who is strangely afraid of everything but when he gets out of the car at Kim’s place, he practically pulls me to go see Kim and get his bath. And…he smells so good and his coat is so soft when he’s done, I snuggle with him for as long as he lets me. Kim is such a professional…highly recommend her for your fur baby too!!!

Kim always does a nice job on my bratty mini Golden Doodle and we’ll be back

Kim is so good with my pup who's terrified of nail trims. She is so patient with him while he break-dances on the grooming table! :-D Worth every penny.

Great experience, thanks so much! Our Buddy looks, smells and feels wonderful. He made new friends (human and canine) and we've signed up to go back again as far in the future as Kim's calendar allows. Thanks so much!

Kim does an excellent job grooming our dog Reese. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing job!! Very professional, friendly and great with our pup. I am always recommending to friends and family due to how wonderful she is!

I am so thankful we found The Golden Rule Grooming! Kim is so great with our very anxious Havapoo. She is patient and kind and full of love. Her salon is always clean. Kim truly cares for our pets as if they were her own.❤️

She did so amazing with our puppy Moss! It was his first time getting his nails done and she was so gentle and kind with him! We definitely will be back !

Kim went above and beyond! CoCo was she perfectly trimmed and fluffed, and came home wearing a little necklace and the cutest bows — total VIP treatment! When my daughter saw her, she said, “Coco has never smelled so clean!” 🐶💖

My anxious & long-haired Jetsi received a beautiful groom job, and a pretty little flower piece for her collar :) Will absolutely come here again.
I also appreciate the website layout. The online booking aspect and the transparency of the prices being listed are both a win (many local competitors do not post prices online). Both items being accessible as soon as you open the site is glorious - no fuss.

Always leave satisfied after every appointment. Kim does a great job keeping my dogs well groomed.

Kim was wonderful and patient! My Mabel is a squirmy dog and loves to throw her weight around, but Kim definitely managed to get it done! :D

This was our 1st time with Kim who was referred from a friend of ours who also have a doodle like us. The client after us also had a doodle. So she knows a thing or two about doodles which is IMPORTANT. She was great with our Harris who was a little shy at 1st. She looked great when she was finished. This alleviates my stress since I used to do it myself. We have our next appointment booked. :)

She always does the best care for my pup!

Thankful to have such a patient groomer and positive experiences

Kim does an amazing job with my two pups! The services are exactly what we have discussed and Kim shows an enormous amount of love and care to them. We love Golden Rule Pet Grooming!

Our golden retriever always comes home looking and smelling so fresh, and shedding less!! Kim does a great job!

Oreo and Snickers both love Kim!!! They always look awesome and smell wonderful!!! I would recommend Kim to anyone!!! When I drop off and pick up my fur kiddos she always greets them with love and always gives them love before they leave.

Kim is so sweet & does a fantastic job - highly recommend her!!

Took all 3dogs to Miss Kim and they came home smelling and looking fabulous!! They love there spa day!!!

This was my first time to have my golden groomed here. She looks so pretty I almost didn’t recognize her.

Gunner loves visiting Kim for a bath! She is so good with our 60 pound Doodle!! He always smells so good when we pick him up!!

I found this groomer on next door. I gave her a try and I am so happy that I gave her a try. I’m happy with my dog’s grooming!!! I’ll will be going back to her.

First time with Kim and we will definitely be back! My Pomeranian looks amazing!! 😊

Kim did a wonderful job with Bluebell!! Thank you, cat whisperer!

Kim was great and very helpful as this was my first time taking a dog to the groomer. I chose her because the grooming is done in her home and she is fear free grooming certified. She had excellent communication before, during and after the appointment. My puppy went in looking like a muppet and came out looking (and smelling) amazing!

Kim does a beautiful job grooming my Doodle named Otis. She is friendly and accommodating and is able to get him groomed in less than 3 hours.

Very accommodating, and nice. Blake always looks so handsome. Also Rosie feels so much better since she got her nails clipped. Thanks again for doing that today.

Our 7 year old Basset Hound's first trip to a groomer was magnificent!
Kim was kind, thorough, and professional. Aubrey is a bit timid of new experiences but, thanks to Kim, she came through with flying "colors". Her white is white again!
My wife even noticed freckles on her paws we had not seen before.
Highly, highly recommended!

Kim is wonderful. Our little guy is so scared when going to the groomer but she is accommodating to him. She is working with him and he's starting to do better each time. Her rates are reasonable as well.

Our golden retriever, Chloe, comes home smelling and looking so good after each visit. Kim truly has a heart for her work, and we are so grateful to have found her!

Took our new puppy Cooper to see Kim for his first grooming and it was a great experience! Kim is very friendly, easy to talk to and made us feel welcome! When I picked Cooper up, he looked so cute with the little bow she put on him, and he smelled amazing too, highly recommend!

Kim did an amazing job with our kitty, Bluebell!

Kim was very good with our dog, giving her positive attention and a great haircut! She even adds little extras like bows and collar bows that made her look even cuter!
When I gave Kim a few special instructions, she listened and honored them. We are very pleased with our dog's grooming experience at The Golden Rule!

Kim was great. She listened to how I wanted my dog cut and did exactly what was requested. Would recommend!

Awesome experience! Kim was VERY friendly and talkative. And Mitch didn’t seem nervous at all 😊 will be back!

Kim is absolutely amazing. We took both our dogs to her. The nail trim is always a issue with our 1 dog but he loved her and had no issues. Our cavapoo has been to several other grooms and always came back scalped. She did an amazing trim on him and would recommend her for any dog grooming needs. 100% the best around central PA area.

Great service! Kim took such good care of our pup! Highly recommend.

I am always very pleased with the results of my golden retriever’s appointment with the Golden Rule. This is now my fourth time using these services and the results are always amazing. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and the care that Kim shows toward my more timid dog. The prices are affordable and Ivy always looks (and smells) great! I will be continuing to use these services in the future.; always a pleasurable experience!

You did a wonderful job. They look great 😃

Miss Lily looks great.
You did a wonderful job.
Thank you

Kim did an excellent job with my Bernese Mountain dog who can be very anxious. Kim’s patience with her is amazing and I highly recommend her as a groomer!

Kim does a fantastic job! Bella looks nice and trimmed up and she smells amazing after her grooming appointments.

A+ service and care. He loves going there and always looks and smells so much better when I pick him up. 🙂 I would highly recommend Kim, his groomer.

Mazy always comes home looking & smelling amazing. Love the personal service that Kim provides. Convenient to make appointments as well.

Kim was great and Sadie seemed to have a good time as well. The haircut was great!

This is Bandit's second visit with Kim and we are so pleased! Kim is so kind and loving to him, making the experience well worth it.

Amazing experience, Kim did a great job with my cat Lola. Highly recommend.

Kim is amazing! My dog has stranger danger, hates getting a bath and is getting a little cranky as he gets older. She took time to try and make friends with him and gain his trust. She bathed him and texted me to assure me that it went well and was going to start his nail trim. In no time he was finished and smelling and looking good. I'm not sure he's ever going to be totally happy with the process but I believe she can help him be better with it.

Kim does a great job. Gus looks so good. Thank you!!

Best dog grooming experience ever. She is extremely patient and kind. At my vet’s office it takes 7 of them to hold my anxious German shepherd down to clip his nails. She did it with me giving him treats easy peasy.

Kim is pleasant to work with and did an excellent job grooming our Pomeranian.

Great service, very personable with customer. Did a fantastic job. Will recommend you to others.

I have a Bernese mountain dog and in the past, we’ve had bad experiences with groomers. Every time I would pick him up he would be panting very hard and you could tell he went through a lot of stress. I was also charged with handling fees a couple of times which surprised me, he’s very gentle. But then he had Kim for the first time and when he came home he wasn’t panting and he was so happy. His coat also looked the best it has ever looked!! He loves Kim and so do we! Highly highly recommend!!!
