Welcome to The Gentle Hour. By booking an appointment, you agree to our policies. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a fee equal to the full service cost.
