By booking an appointment at The Fursalon, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. The Fursalon reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion. Clients are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their appointment. The Fursalon is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
