Policy and Terms
By booking an appointment at The Fursalon, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by The Fursalon. We require a £20.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their appointment; The Fursalon reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed; The Fursalon is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises, and all disputes will be resolved through arbitration. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
