Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. Tyler always does an amazing job with my mini golden doodle, Ryley. I’ve always been 100% satisfied.  She is an exceptional groomer, very professional and kind, and really cares about her work and her four legged clients. 😉

Tyler does a fabulous job on my dog’s grooming and I’m always pleased at the results. She’s reasonably priced, attentive to special requests, and very warm & friendly. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.

Tyler is the absolute best. She loves your dog as if it was her own family member. Archie loves Tyler so much. I feel safe leaving him with her. I didn’t at other places that just threw dogs in to holding areas and smelled like pee all over. She not only cares she’s a true talent that can make your dog look pristine. I brought my golden retriever in for a groom after being recommended by friends and had such a great experience. He was the only dog being groomed during the appointment, which made everything so chill and stress free. Drop off and pick up were super quick, and the whole process was really easy. Tyler is very friendly and knows what she’s doing. He came out looking SO good. He’s clean, fluffy and happy. Definitely planning on coming back!

Our pup Cooper loves going to The Furball. Tyler is amazing with him and the outcome is perfect each time. She is great at the adjustments we ask of length and style. The atmosphere is what Cooper needs - calm and caring.  He is normally a bit anxious with groom and we used to be concerned when it was time for his appointments. With The Furball - there is never a worry and he happily walks in. 

They do amazing work! Lenny loves them and comes home looking and feeling fresh.

I can’t say enough good things about The Furball! I have a 6 year old Goldendoodle and I’ve had my shares of ups and downs with groomers. There was never any consistency. I never knew what my dog would look like on upon pick up. After months of searching I found The Furball back in Dec 2024. I’ve never been HAPPIER!!! Tyler is wonderful! She listens. She’s consistent. My doodle always comes out looking like a doodle!

Zoey has been going to Tyler since she opened..  It has been the BEST experience ever!!!!!!!  Zoey runs to the Furball and gets the BEST GROOMING ever...  I have had 5 dogs in my life and no one ever has treated them like Tyler treats my Zoey..  She is well taken care of and looks and smells absolutely amazing...  I will never go anywhere else... Tyler is the absolute best! I am so thankful we found her - she is so professional and kind and treats Bear with such care. His cut is always perfect!  Bear used to get so anxious for his grooming, but not with Tyler. He goes in with his tail wagging, and leaves so happy. Tyler will text you to let you know when she’s almost done and doesn’t crate them. Perfect fit for us - thank you Tyler!

I highly recommend Tyler. It took me a while to find a groomer I really trusted and who did a great job with my Pomeranian’s coat. I’m glad I found The Fur Ball.

Tyler is so great with Dublin. He isn't the biggest fan of getting groomed and can be nervous. Tyler is patient with him and despite not liking the process Dublin loves on her the entire time. He always comes out looking so handsome and smelling delicious! 

Tyler gives both of my dogs a great cut, every single time!! She is so meticulous and thoughtful - I couldn't recommend her enough. Handling our large dog is a job that she does with ease and is so accommodating so that I can drop both dogs off at the same time.  We love Tyler and highly recommend the Furball for all of your pet's grooming needs. 

We LOVE Tyler and so do my dogs!!!  Both dogs are always happy and comfortable when we drop them off. Izzy and Taisey always look and smell amazing when they get groomed.   Highly recommend

Tyler is great with my dog Dublin. He's typically nervous on arrival as he doesn't like baths and isn't a fan of the grooming process in general. But Tyler is very patient with him and gives him lots of kisses while she's grooming him. He always comes out looking so handsome. I also love that she has an online booking system for appointments!
