Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This policy is strictly enforced, with no exceptions. Booking Appointments: No appointments should be booked without at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper care, transportation and product is bought for the service. Modeling Service Fees: Effective October, fees for modeling services will be determined by the amount of product used during the session. During a consultation, I will provide an accurate estimate of the product required, ensuring that you are charged solely for the product used, rather than the time spent on the service. Additional Fees for Longer Hair: For clients with shoulder-length hair or longer, an additional fee of $15 will be applied to the final bill to account for extra time and product usage. To receive a precise estimate, I highly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation before your service. Price Increase and Deposit Requirement: Please note that prices will increase as of October 1st. Additionally, a deposit will be required for time-intensive services, including hair color and nail services. After-Hours Fee: If services extend beyond regular operating hours, an additional $15 fee will be added to your final bill to compensate for time and labor. Longer Service Appointments: For extended services, such as color treatments or color correction, I recommend bringing or ordering food in advance to ensure your comfort throughout the appointment.
