Queremos que tu experiencia sea especial desde el momento en que agendas tu cita. Estas políticas nos ayudan a respetar tu tiempo, el nuestro y el espacio que reservamos exclusivamente para ti. 🤍

✨ DEPÓSITO Y RESERVACIÓN

Para asegurar tu espacio se requiere un depósito de $25 vía ATH Móvil al 787-689-5446. Este depósito será descontado del total de tu servicio el día de tu cita.

Tu cita quedará oficialmente aprobada y reservada una vez recibido el depósito.

Los depósitos NO son reembolsables, pero podrán ser transferidos a una nueva fecha siempre que el cambio se realice siguiendo nuestras políticas.

✨ CONFIRMACIÓN DE CITA

El día antes de tu cita recibirás un mensaje de recordatorio. Deberás confirmar tu asistencia antes de las 10:00 p. m.

De no recibir confirmación, tu espacio podrá ser liberado para otra clienta.

✨ CANCELACIONES Y CAMBIOS

Sabemos que pueden surgir imprevistos. Si necesitas cancelar o cambiar tu cita, deberás notificarnos con un mínimo de 24 horas de anticipación para poder transferir tu depósito a una nueva fecha.

Luego de 2 cancelaciones o cambios consecutivos, se perderá el depósito y será necesario realizar uno nuevo para volver a reservar.

Cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de anticipación podrán resultar en la pérdida del depósito.

✨ NO SHOW

Si no te presentas a tu cita y no notificas previamente, el depósito realizado se perderá y se aplicará una penalidad adicional de $25.

Para poder reservar una nueva cita, primero deberá saldarse la penalidad pendiente y luego realizar el depósito correspondiente a la nueva reservación.

Tu tiempo es importante para nosotros y el tiempo que reservamos exclusivamente para ti también. 🤍

✨ TARDANZAS

Contamos con un período de gracia de 10 minutos.

Luego de este tiempo, dependiendo del servicio y de las citas programadas después de la tuya, el tratamiento podrá ser modificado o la cita cancelada.

Nos encanta poder brindarle a cada clienta el tiempo completo que merece, por eso agradecemos muchísimo tu puntualidad.
