COURTESY REQUIREMENTS • All appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance unless otherwise discussed with stylist. • Please be on time for your appointment. However, try not to be “too early” as we are trying to keep down the amount of people you interact with during the pandemic. -If you must be late, please provide us with a courtesy call at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and will be applied towards your service price. If you are unable to make your appointment your $20 deposit may be credited to your next appointment as long as your rescheduled appointment is within 10 days of your original date you booked on. When a deposit is made to book your appointment, that appointment must be fulfilled by the person who has paid the booking fee. Except in the case of clients under the age of 18 who’s booking fee is paid by a parent or guardian. The appointment must be rescheduled within 72 hours prior to your appointment day. (This means you must reschedule your appointment within 72 hours for your $20 deposit to be credited to your new appointment time) • If, for any reason, you don’t properly book through the website and/or cancel your appointment you will lose your $20 deposit and it can not be credited to your next appointment. • A late fee of $15 is applied if you are late for your appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the $15 late fee will be required prior to re-booking. • The $20 deposit cannot be used for your $15 penalty if you are 15 minutes late, as it is part of the cost of your service. • Cash only accepted for remaining balance. • No call/no show will be charged 100% of service and banned from future booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service. • Come washed and blown out, unless otherwise discussed with stylist. Note: I take pride in my services and because of this I do not provide “rush jobs”. Please avoid scheduling your appointment on a day you will be pressed for time. EMPIRE HAIR Absolutely NO MILKY WAY PURE OR MILKY WAY Q.OR BUNDLES FOR ANY OF MY SERVICE HAIR DROP-OFF • Include the following in container with hair: -Name -Contact information -Appointment date and time • All frontals need to be dropped 3-5 days prior to your scheduled appointment date, during business hours. If not, a $35 inconvenience fee will be added to your service. • The only frontal you’re allowed to bring to your appointment is: #1 A frontal I previously applied #2 Newly purchased frontal - If you arrive with something other than number #1 or #2 your appointment will be cancelled causing you to lose your $20 deposit and you will be required to rebook with a new $20 deposit. • If you are reusing hair extensions, it is your responsibility to have them washed and ready for use prior to drop off. SQUEEZE-INS • If you are unable to schedule an appointment due to the date(s) being filled, Squeeze-Ins are available. • Squeeze-Ins are available for styles that require a maximum of 2 hours. Monday-Friday $50 Saturday & Sunday $100 • Please contact me before booking a Squeeze-In appointment. It is nearly impossible to achieve a natural and flawless, lasting look by using frontals or closures from a beauty supply store. Therefore, I choose not to work with those products, no exceptions. If you need advice on where to purchase quality units I’m willing to lead you in the right direction prior to your purchase. Disclosure: I give all clients a fair chance to express their compatibility with the style they’ve chosen while in the chair. I do this by asking if the braids are comfortable or if you like the process as I’m working. Because of this, I can not be held responsible for any issues with your hair style once you leave your appointment. Therefore, no refunds for your style can be issued once it is complete. However, I’m happy to adjust my technique while you are in the chair to assist with making your visit pleasurable. Finalizing your appointment with your initial deposit shows that you agree to these terms. COVID-19 SAFETY UPDATE • If you are experiencing a cough, fever (within past 72hrs) or any other COVID like symptoms, please be courteous and get tested prior to booking. • In effort to keep you safe during this pandemic, a mask is required before entering, NO EXCEPTIONS. • A temperature check will be given upon arrival. If a spiked temperature is detected, you will be required to reschedule your appointment • No extra guests, visitors or kids allowed during your appointment time. You must come alone, as you will be the only person allowed entry. I want you to safely enjoy your experience while trusting me to give you the most perfect look possible.
