Policy and Terms

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your service must be made via online bank transfer within 48 hrs of booking. Banking info: Beneficiary Name: Empress-Zena Tafari Bank: RBC St. Augustine Account Number: 110000001615543 Account Type: Personal, Savings Not making deposits within 48 hours of booking will result in your appointment being deleted. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.
