I REQUIRE all kids to be dropped off for their appointment. Parents are not permitted to stay during services. ❗️❗️ • DEPOSIT POLICY •
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining balance is due at the time of service. • HAIR PREP REQUIREMENTS •
Hair must be washed, fully detangled, and free of ALL products before the appointment. Please DO NOT send your child with oil or heavy products in their hair. ❗️
If a wash service is not booked, hair MUST come properly combed out and ready to braid. Additional fees may apply if prep work is needed. • LATE POLICY •
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. • NO-SHOW POLICY •
No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future appointments 🔴 PSA I DO NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS! IF YOU BOOK FOR SUNDAY, THERE WILL BE A UP CHARGE.
