Policy and Terms

🧾 The Blueprint Personal Training Studio — Booking & Client Policy At The Blueprint Personal Training Studio, our goal is to provide every client with a safe, professional, and results-driven fitness experience. To ensure fairness, consistency, and accountability, please review the following policies before your session. --- 1. Booking, Deposits & Payments All clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure their session. Deposits and payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule your session at least 1 hour before the start time using the link provided, your deposit will automatically transfer to your future booking. --- 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before the session start time. Cancellations made after this window or failure to attend will result in a forfeited deposit or session. The Blueprint PTS reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the rare event of trainer unavailability, emergencies, or facility maintenance. --- 3. Health & Medical Disclaimer Clients must disclose all pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before beginning any program. The Blueprint PTS and its trainers are not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions, disregard of medical advice, or failure to follow trainer instructions. If you are under medical supervision or recovering from injury, please obtain doctor’s clearance before participating in physical activity. --- 4. Trainer’s Discretion Trainers reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if a client appears injured, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This measure is to protect both your safety and the trainer’s professional standards. --- 5. Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late will reduce your training time without affecting the session fee. --- 6. Session Packages & Validity Packages must be used within their validity period (e.g., 30–60 days from purchase). Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. --- 7. No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their scheduled session and fail to cancel in advance will forfeit the session or deposit. --- 8. Personal Belongings The Blueprint PTS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secured during your session. --- 9. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to maintain a respectful, positive, and professional attitude toward trainers, staff, and other members. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or misconduct will result in termination of services without refund. --- 10. Media & Content Release (Optional) By training at The Blueprint PTS, clients consent to the use of photos or videos captured during sessions for promotional purposes. Clients who prefer not to be featured should inform their trainer in writing before their session. --- 11. Hygiene & Safety Clients must wear clean training attire and use a towel during workouts. The facility follows strict hygiene and sanitization protocols to maintain a safe and comfortable training environment. --- 12. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of The Blueprint Personal Training Studio’s client policy.
