Policy and Terms

The Beauty Secret – Booking Policy & Terms Thank you for booking with The Beauty Secret. These policies are in place to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client. ⸻ 💳 Deposits & Booking • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This can be done through the booking system, cash or bank transfer. • Your slot is only confirmed once the booking fee is received. • This amount is deducted from the final balance, payable on the day. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • This gives me enough time to offer your slot to someone else. • Booking fees are non-refundable, but with enough notice, they can be transferred once to a new appointment. ⸻ 🚫 Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. • No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. • This must be paid before any future appointments can be made. ⸻ 🕐 Lateness • If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. • If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. • Ongoing lateness may result in refusal of future bookings. ⸻ 👩‍👧‍👦 Children & Guests • To keep the space calm and professional, please do not bring children or additional guests unless agreed beforehand. • My treatment room is small, and not suitable for extra visitors. This helps keep your appointment relaxing and uninterrupted. ⸻ 💰 Final Payment • Remaining balance is due on the day via cash or bank transfer. ⸻ ✅ By booking an appointment, you are confirming you agree to all terms above. ⸻ Need to reschedule?
