THE BEAUTY ROOM

The Beauty Room requires clients to pay a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

Please arrive on time and alone.
If under 18 then a parent/legal guardian must give permission and will be allowed to accompany them.

⛔️ LATE CANCELLATION - Appointments canceled less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

⛔️ NO SHOW - Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment requirements or refusal of future bookings. 

⛔️ LATE FOR APPOINTMENT will result in reduced treatment time.

As a courtesy we send a SMS to you to remind you of your appointment, however if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
