Policy and Terms
Service Area & Travel Policy Effective immediately, I will be servicing clients strictly within a 35km radius of Ashby. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to travel beyond this area. For all mobile appointments within this 35km radius, a travel surcharge of $1 per kilometre (calculated from my Ashby base) will apply. If you would prefer to avoid travel fees, you are more than welcome to book your appointment at my home-based setup in Ashby, where I provide the same professional service in a comfortable environment. Scheduling & Arrival Policy As a mobile barber, I travel between appointments throughout the day. While I always aim to arrive on time, there may be occasions where I run slightly behind schedule due to traffic, extended service times, or unforeseen delays. If I am running late, I will always communicate with you as soon as possible and keep you updated on my expected arrival time.
