24-Hour Cancellation Policy Less than 24 hours' notice for cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments will result in the full booked service amount remaining payable. While I always aim to arrive on time, there may be occasions where I run slightly behind schedule due to traffic, extended service times, or unforeseen delays. If I am running late, I will always communicate with you as soon as possible and keep you updated on my expected arrival time.
