The Babe Cave Booking Policy 🖤 We’re here to give you the best experience possible — from flawless lashes to sculpted brows and everything in between. To keep things stress‑free, here’s everything you need to know before booking: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT 🖤 👥 GUEST POLICY • Our space is designed to be calm and focused. • You’re welcome to bring one guest, but we kindly ask that no additional visitors attend your appointment. • This helps us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. 📆 APPOINTMENTS • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • If you are late, the time will be deducted from your treatment. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost and must be rescheduled for another day and time. 💷 DEPOSITS • A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposit amounts vary depending on the service booked (e.g. £20 for most treatments, 50% for advanced lash sets). • By paying your deposit, you agree to The Babe Cave’s terms and conditions. • To reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY • A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. • A no‑show fee will be charged to the card on file. • Two or more no‑shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. 🤍 SATISFACTION POLICY • If you experience any issues with your lashes within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us. • We will be happy to schedule a complimentary fix or adjustment at our discretion. • After 48 hours, standard service fees will apply. 📌 REFUNDS • We do not offer refunds on services or products once the service has been performed or the product purchased. 🫧 LASH & BROW PREP • Arrive with clean lashes and brows — no makeup, mascara, or strip lash glue. • Residue can affect retention and results. • If you need a lash cleanse before your appointment, please book this separately to allow enough time. ✅ PATCH TEST REQUIRED Patch tests are mandatory for the following services: • Lash tint • Brow tint • Lash lift These treatments involve products that may cause irritation or allergic reactions. A patch test ensures your skin responds safely before your appointment. ❌ PATCH TESTS ARE NOT REQUIRED • Patch tests are not required for lash extensions. • If you’ve experienced sensitivity in the past, you may request one — we’re happy to accommodate. 📅 TIMINGS & BOOKINGS • Patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment. • You can book your patch test online or message us directly to arrange a quick visit. • If you arrive for a tint or lift service without a valid patch test on file, we cannot proceed — and your deposit will be forfeited. 📌 LASH EXTENSIONS & ALLERGIC REACTIONS • We use professional‑grade products, but allergic reactions can occur. • Refunds are not provided in the case of an allergic reaction. • If necessary, we will offer a complimentary lash removal. 💰 PAYMENT PREFERENCES • CASH IS PREFERRED but we also accept bank transfer. 📍SALON ADDRESS The Babe Cave 238A Gleadless Road Sheffield S2 3AH 🅿️ FREE PARKING AVAILABLE Thank you for your cooperation!
