A 5-minute grace period is given, but anything later will need to be rescheduled. • If you cannot make your appointment, you may transfer your deposit one time only to a new date. • Due to limited space, only the person being serviced is allowed in the salon. • Before-hours and after-hours appointments may be available for an additional fee.
