Founded by a licensed Texas cosmetologist and braider, Textured & Tamed was created to celebrate textured hair while providing quality, customized beauty services designed to help you look and feel your best. From protective styles and braids to natural hair care, silkier finishes, color, cuts, and more, every appointment is tailored with care and attention to detail. Whether you’re maintaining your natural beauty, trying something new, or preparing for a special occasion, Textured & Tamed is your place to relax, refresh, and leave feeling confident in your crown.
Policy and Terms
✨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING • Please read all service descriptions thoroughly before booking. Each service includes specific details regarding what is included, hair requirements, timing, and any additional fees. • A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your service total. • Please arrive on time. Appointment times vary depending on the service. A $15 late fee will be added to your total for arrivals more than 15 minutes late. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment. • Hair requirements vary by service. Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless a shampoo and blowout has been added to your appointment. If you are unsure about what your service requires, please contact me before booking. • Hair may be provided for select services. Please check the individual service description or contact me to confirm whether hair is included for your chosen style. • Payment options: Tap to Pay, Apple Pay, and Cash are accepted. • Textured & Tamed is currently a home-based beauty studio. Please respect the appointment-only environment and arrive prepared for your scheduled service. • Children are welcome as clients.
