Policy and Terms

All clients of Terah Elizabeth Beauty are required to make a non-refundable $25 deposit to secure their appointment slot, which will be applied towards the total service fee. Please promptly pay the deposit within a 48 hour window or your time slot will be given to another person on the waitlist. Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance via text or email. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit, with a new deposit required for rescheduling. New clients must arrive with bare nails or select the SOAK OFF add-on. A 10-minute grace period is provided for scheduled appointments; late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new $25 deposit for rescheduling. The initial deposit may be transferred to one other appointment time for rescheduling. Clients who cancel appointments three times consecutively will be unable to book future appointments.
