Teach and Tutor Services, LLC offers personalized tutoring and professional support for students and adults.

Services include reading and math tutoring, homework help, and test prep for students, as well as resume writing, job application assistance, W-2 and 1099 tax preparation, and small business bookkeeping for adults.

Each session is structured, supportive, and designed to build confidence while delivering real results.

Teach and Tutor Services, LLC

By booking with Teach and Tutor Services, LLC, clients agree to the following:

• Sessions must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance by responding to the reminder sent through the Goldie scheduling system. Unconfirmed sessions may be removed and offered to another student.

• A deposit equal to half of the session cost is required at the time of confirmation. Sessions are not considered secured until the deposit has been received.

• Zoom links and session access details will be provided after the deposit has been submitted.

• Same day confirmations are not guaranteed and may include a $5 late confirmation fee.

• Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or missed sessions without communication will result in the loss of the deposit.

• Three consecutive no shows or three consecutive canceled sessions will result in tutoring services being discontinued.

• Beginning April 1, 2026, all payments must be made through the booking link or via Apple Pay (252-265-2992, T’Keya Banks). Payments sent through other platforms will not be accepted.

• Services may be refused or discontinued due to inappropriate behavior or failure to follow policies.

• Resources shared during sessions are for client use only and may not be redistributed.

Booking a session confirms agreement to these terms.
