Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you are running late to your appointment, please send me a message to let me know of your new arrival time. Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. Address will be provided upon booking.
