BOOKING POLICY Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. DEPOSITS A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. RESCHEDULING Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time for your deposit to remain valid. Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment ONE time only. If you need to reschedule again after your one allowed reschedule, your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS If you need to completely cancel your appointment, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited and non-refundable. LATE POLICY There is a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you notify me that you are running late and I am unable to complete the appointment due to the delay, your appointment may be rescheduled ONE time, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. GUEST POLICY You may bring ONE guest with you to your appointment. Please do not bring additional guests unless approved beforehand. Thank you for respecting my time and booking policies.
