Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Clients are responsible for their pets' behavior during appointments. Tamworth Dog Grooming is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the grooming process.
