Booking, Service, and Hygiene Policy As a licensed esthetician specializing in waxing, I am committed to providing a safe, professional, and comfortable experience. Please review the following condensed policies for booking, services, and hygiene. 1. Booking Policies • Identification Requirements: To ensure the safety and security of all guests and to prevent unauthorized bookings, it is required to provide a valid Identification from the person making the reservation. • A valid government -issued photo ID ( drivers license, passport, or state ID) must be present at the time of booking or check in. • Name on ID must match the name on the reservation. • Must be a current ID (not expired). •Identification is required at the time of booking your reservation on the website. ( will ask for photo). •Failure to provide identification will result in cancellation of reservation. • A parent/ guardian consent is required for all waxing services for those 17 or younger. Parent/ guardian must be present for the first visit but does not need to be in the room while services are performed. • Booking Process: Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A 24 hour advance booking is recommended. Clients must confirm appointments 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee. No shows are considered cancellations. Thank you for your understanding! 2. Waxing Services • Service Options: I offer various waxing services, including Eyebrows, Legs, Arms, Bikini, Brazilian, and Full-body waxing. Services are customized based on your skin and hair type. • Preparation: For best results, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long. Avoid sun exposure, shaving, or harsh skin treatments 24-48 hours before your appointment. • Aftercare: After waxing, avoid hot showers, direct sun exposure, and tight clothing for 24-48 hours. We will provide aftercare instructions to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. 3. Hygiene Policy • Personal Hygiene: The esthetician will maintain high standards of personal cleanliness, including clean attire and use of gloves and masks during all treatments. • Sanitization: All tools, including spatulas, tweezers, and wax applicators, are sanitized or disposed of after each use. We use hospital-grade disinfectants to clean surfaces and treatment areas between clients. • Client Comfort: All waxing areas are properly draped to maintain privacy. We maintain a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest hygiene standards for your safety. • Products: Only high-quality, hypoallergenic hard wax beads and aftercare products are used, and all products are stored in a clean, safe manner. • Clean Skin: Arrive with clean skin, free of lotions, oils, or perfumes. • Shower: We recommend showering before your appointment to ensure the area is fresh. • Freshness: For bikini or Brazilian waxing, please ensure the intimate area is clean. We can provide wipes if needed. 4. Payment & Gratuity • Accepted Payments: Payments are due at the time of service and can be made in cash or digital payment options (Venmo, Zelle). • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included but is appreciated for exceptional service (typically 15-20%). 5. Customer Responsibilities • Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any allergies, medications, or skin conditions that could affect the waxing process (e.g., Accutane, Retin-A, skin irritation). • Respectful Behavior: The Wax Suite maintains a professional, respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the service. By booking and receiving services, you agree to adhere to these policies.
