Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours before start time. If Clients cancel on the day of her/his appointment will have to pay 50% deposit. Appointments will only be secured once the 50% non refundable deposit is paid in order to ensure booking. Please arrive on time. If more than 15 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment and will be reschedule. And will have to pay penalty fee of R50 on next appointment When booking an appointment please let me know what services would you like to be rendered. ‼️Bookings will be accepted once deposit is paid and the client had sent proof of payment ‼️You get 3 days grace.
