All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their deposit. No-shows will result in automatic loss of deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. Window tinting is a hand-installed service. Minor dust particles, light imperfections, or curing-related distortions (such as haziness or small water pockets) are normal during the curing process and are not considered defects. All installations are completed to meet industry standards. Do not roll down windows for at least 3–5 days after installation. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void any warranty. Warranty covers manufacturer defects such as peeling, bubbling, or discoloration. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, scratches, seatbelt impact, pets, or aftermarket accessories.
