Policy and Terms

By confirming your appointment with T and F Lash, you agree to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments scheduled during the week (Monday-Friday) and a minimum of 7 days notice for Saturday appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Please note that there are no refunds for appointments. Your confirmation of the appointment constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Additionally, by confirming your appointment, you are releasing T and F Lash from liability and understanding our no refund policy.
