Policy and Terms
**Manicure & Pedicure Services Policy** To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our policy: **Cancellation & Rescheduling** - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - **Same-day cancellations** (within 24 hours of your appointment) will result in a charge of **50% of the treatment cost**, payable at your next visit. - **No-shows** will also incur a **50% charge** of the scheduled treatment, added to your next visit. **Late Arrivals** - If you arrive for your appointment and our technician is more than **15 minutes late**, you will receive a **£5 discount** on your service as a courtesy for the inconvenience. **Deposit Policy** - Deposits can be **rescheduled** or **refunded** if requested **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - Any requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Hygienic dry pedicure (express)
An express treatment designed to focus on the area of your feet that needs the most attention.
Rather than performing the same level of work on every area, we prioritise your main concern. For example, if you have particularly dry or hardened skin on your heels, we’ll spend more time carefully treating and smoothing the heels, while the nails and cuticles receive a lighter tidy-up.
Alternatively, if your main concern is the nails or cuticles, we can focus more of the appointment there.
Perfect when you need targeted professional foot care but don’t require a full pedicure.
Finished with nourishing foot care products for a fresh, neat and comfortable result.
Please note: colour or gel polish is not included.

Classic Full Body Massage
