Our philosophy At Sussex Beauty Academy we believe that quality comes before quantity. Every client and every student is unique. For our clients we carefully select products depending on nail type, lifestyle and condition to ensure long lasting results. For our students we focus on real industry skills, confidence and individual development. Our goal is not just to teach techniques but to help create knowledgeable and successful nail professionals.

Policy and Terms

**Manicure & Pedicure Services Policy** To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our policy: **Cancellation & Rescheduling** - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - **Same-day cancellations** (within 24 hours of your appointment) will result in a charge of **50% of the treatment cost**, payable at your next visit. - **No-shows** will also incur a **50% charge** of the scheduled treatment, added to your next visit. **Late Arrivals** - If you arrive for your appointment and our technician is more than **15 minutes late**, you will receive a **£5 discount** on your service as a courtesy for the inconvenience. **Deposit Policy** - Deposits can be **rescheduled** or **refunded** if requested **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - Any requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
