Policy and Terms
Policy and Terms Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 5% non-refundable fee from total service price. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable but applied toward the total service balance. Failure to provide timely notice or multiple reschedules may result in additional fees as specified per service. All services are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of deposit (if applicable). Additional terms may apply based on specific packages or service agreements. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your total—not an additional fee.
While you’re welcome to begin with just the deposit, we recommend paying in full to ensure seamless service.
Should you need to cancel, your deposit will cover the first cancellation. After that, a $10 fee will apply for:
