Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Otherwise there is an automatic 50% cancellation fee.

A very happy cockapoo Teddy and very happy owners . He’s not too keen on his groom but didn’t seem stressed at all and nor did Summer a result thank you

This was our first visit to Summers Groom Room following a recommendation and we are very happy with Coals treatment. 
Coal looks & smells amazing after a long overdue haircut. 
Coal has always suffered with his teeth so we opted for the ultrasonic teeth clean tooand the results are great. 
Coal was happy & very chilled when we arrived to collect him and had clearly been in safe hands during his visit. 

Will definitely be coming back when his next trim is due.

Summer clipped the nails on all three of our dogs. Very professional and a welcoming experience.

Summer as always did a great job on our Ragdoll cat Apple.  She baths, grooms, shaves her shorter for the summer and cuts her nails. Apple is always relaxed and happy with Summer. I have been using her for 2 years now and I highly recommend her services.

Hawley looks great. Kept his longer hair whilst clipping problem areas to keep cleaner in the muddy weather. He’s quite nervous but loves Summer!

Summer is an excellent groomer who is friendly and professional. She takes such good care of our dog whenever he visits. He comes out smelling and looking amazing, and he is always happy and excitable both when we drop off and collect. The 1:1 appointment system definitely suits him better than a traditional groomers where there are multiple dogs in at a time. Would definitely recommend!

I have been so pleased finding the Summers groom room and have had my dogs teeth done twice now and been really pleased with the results and the costing. I was told by the vets previously that she would need to be sedated and have her teeth cleaned which costs hundreds each time. I have also had my dogs nails cut and her ears sorted by having the insides plucked and cleaned as she has ongoing ear problems.  She is gentle and patient and causes her no pain. Very pleased. 

We have been to Summers Groom room regularly.
Ted always comes back looking lovely and smelling lovely .
