Policy and Terms
POLICIES 🐾Cancellation Fee - if you cancel your appointment within 24hours, there will be a 50% groom charge fee. 🐾Late Fee - if dropping off or collecting late there will be a charge of £10 per 15 minutes. 🐾Matting - there is a matting fee from £10 dependant on severity. This is to cover cost of damage to equipment and extra time required. 🐾Fleas - there is a £15 flea charge to cover cost of flea shampoo and salon clean up. Please do not book your pet in if you are aware of active fleas. 🐾Vaccinations - pets must be up to date with their vaccinations to prevent spread of illnesses. 🐾Welfare - if your pet is becoming majorly distressed the groom will be partially or fully stopped. The safety of your pet, myself and employees is top priority.
