- Grace Period of 10 Minutes, after this your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay full appointment price which may be taken from card used at time of booking. - I don’t refill other nail technicians work but am more than happy to remove and do a fresh set! - Please book in for correct treatment and add ons (Nail Art) or else there is a chance I won’t have the time to do your nails on the day! - I don’t offer or remove hard gel/polygel products.
