Policy and Terms

48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Reschedules and past cancellations require a 30% none refundable deposit on new bookings. Vehicles must be cleared of personal items before service. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur £30 per hour additional charges. Sudsomatic may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle. Pricing and services may change at any time without notice.
