Sudsomatic Premium Detailing & Paint Protection Specialist 

A deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings. In some cases, full payment may be required in advance.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional cost.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will require an additional 25% deposit.

If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled a second time, all deposits paid will be forfeited and the booking will be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins.

Sudsomatic accepts no responsibility for any personal items left inside the vehicle.

Heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges of £30 per hour, subject to inspection.

Sudsomatic reserves the right to refuse service where vehicle conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or have been misrepresented at the time of booking.

Sudsomatic is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
