Clinic Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients and respect our time and yours, please take a moment to review our booking policy below: Deposits A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will go toward your treatment on the day. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment to retain your deposit. You may reschedule up to three times. Exceeding this will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. Late Arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, your treatment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows No-shows will result in the full loss of your deposit. Repeat no-shows may be restricted from future bookings. Payments Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS & cash.
