NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON HAIR EXTENSIONS. NO REFUNDS ON HAIR SERVICES.
ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS SPEAK WITH STYLIST PRIOR TO LEAVING THE SALON DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT.

RESCHEDULING:Use your confirmation  text to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 24 hours before original appointment. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment.

 Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

LATENESS: At the 15-minute mark, a $25 late fee will be added to the service total. At the 30-minute mark your appointment will be canceled.
NO CALLS/NO SHOWS: Will receive a FULL-SERVICE charge + no future appointment.
LATE CANCELLATION: Within 24 hrs: $50.00fee. Please the same way you made the appointment the same way you can cancel. 
BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU ARE IN AGREEANCE WITH ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
