No custom requests. • If you have any questions before booking, feel free to DM @stylesbyynaee on Instagram or text the number below. • Small & X-Small Knotless Braids must be booked for the earliest available time. I will NOT start these styles after 10 AM. • No kids or extra guests. • If you have open wounds, cold/flu symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.), DO NOT BOOK. • Face masks are REQUIRED. Securing Your Appointment: • A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required via Cash App ($renee2naeee). • Your deposit goes toward your appointment total. Running Late? • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. • If you are 20+ minutes late, your appointment is CANCELED. Final Payment: • The remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY (exact amount). • No Cash App, Apple Pay, or other payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • If you cancel, you have 10 days to reschedule using the same deposit. • After 10 days, a new deposit is required to rebook. • Rescheduling is allowed only once. No Call/No Show Policy: • No Call/No Shows = No Future Bookings. No exceptions. Appointment Confirmation: • A confirmation text will be sent on the day you book and 24 hours before your appointment. • The address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment via text.
