📌 Salon Policies – Please Read Carefully ❌Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. 💵 Deposits & Payments: A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (must be paid in order to secure appointment ). Deposits are made via Cash App only. Remaining balances must be paid in cash only at the time of service. Travel Appointments: Yes, I travel! A travel fee is required. If you need me to come to you, please contact me right after booking. My number is in my bio for easier communication. Late Policy: Please arrive on time or be style-ready at your appointment time if I’m traveling to you. There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee will be applied. If you’re more than 20 minutes late without valid communication, your appointment will be canceled. Hair Prep: Please come washed and blow-dried with no extra oils, gels, or product , unless you’ve booked a blow-dry add-on. If not blow-dried, tyou will have to pay the blow dry add on fee. If you do not want to do that your appointment can be rescheduled. Hair Prep Photos (REQUIRED): Please provide clear, recent pictures of the front, side, and back of your natural hair before your appointment. Send photos to 470-277-5090 (also listed in my IG bio) or DM them to me on Instagram. Be sure to include your name, appointment date, time, and the style you’re booking. This helps me prep properly and accommodate your hair in the safest way possible 💕 Hair Not Included: Hair is not provided at this time. Clients must bring their own hair. Hair recommendations are listed under each service. If you arrive empty handed or without the correct hair, your appointment can be rescheduled. ❤️ Respectful Environment: I do not tolerate disrespect in any form. My space is a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.
