β¨ STYLED BY ZAMARIA β POLICIES & TERMS β¨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO ALL POLICIES BELOW. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS β’ All appointments are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. β’ NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. A deposit is required to secure your spot. β’ Remaining balances are CASH ONLY. Card payments are accepted with an additional $3 processing fee. β’ Appointments must be booked through my booking website. I do not accept appointments through DMs or text messages. β’ Please add your email to your booking profile to receive your appointment receipt. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING β’ Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. β’ Deposits are refundable ONLY when you cancel/reschedule 48+ hours in advance AND I have not already purchased the hair needed for your appointment. β’ If hair has already been purchased, your deposit will not be refunded; you may pick up the hair if applicable. β’ NO-CALL/NO-SHOW appointments will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. LATE POLICY β’ There is a strict 10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. β’ After 10 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELED β NO EXCEPTIONS. β’ A NEW DEPOSIT will be required to book another appointment. GUEST POLICY β’ NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. β’ If I am providing a service for your child, please drop them off rather than waiting during the appointment. APPOINTMENT REMINDERS β’ Please arrive ON TIME and prepared to sit for 3+ HOURS, depending on your service. β’ If you will be on a phone call during your entire appointment, please bring headphones and keep your volume at a respectful level. β’ Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS β’ Appointments requested before 7:00 AM, after 7:00 PM, or on Sundays are considered after-hours appointments. β’ A $20 after-hours fee will be added because these appointments are outside of my normal business hours.
