BY APPOINTMENT ONLY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Payment The remaining balance must be paid in cash. If you choose to pay by card, a $3 processing fee will be added. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule after that timeframe, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Booking Requirements ๐ธ A current photo of yourself is required when booking online. Appointments submitted without a photo will be declined. Extra Guests For health and safety reasons, no extra guests or children are permitted during appointments. Frequently Asked Questions โข Deposits are only refunded if you cancel or reschedule 24โ48 hours before your appointment. โข If I cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
