Hair Prep: Please arrive with hair washed, blow-dried, and free of oils or products. Failure to do so will result to appointment cancellation. 

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to my error.

Late Policy: Please notify me if you are running late. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a $10 late fee , after 15 min there will be a $15 late fee , after 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. 

Location: The address will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.

Guests: To maintain a calm and focused environment, no additional guests are permitted unless discussed prior to your appointment.

Satisfaction: Please voice any concerns during your appointment so adjustments can be made. Once the service is completed and you leave, no changes or refunds will be issued.

Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell, or having any symptoms related to sickness please reschedule your appointment.

Payment: Remaining balances must be paid in CASH ONLY.

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed using the original deposit; any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
