Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. • Please arrive with your hair washed, clean, and product-free. • Only pre-stretched extensions are accepted. • A £10 late fee will apply if you arrive more than 30 minutes late to your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies.
