Based in Milwaukee, I offer a variety of services including quick weaves, wigs, braids, locs, and natural hairstyling. As a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, I’m trained in healthy hair care, safety, and sanitation practices. My goal is to create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience while providing beautiful, personalized results tailored to each client’s style and needs. I’m continuously growing my skills, expanding my services, and building my brand with passion and intention.
Policy and Terms
💳 Deposit A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Standard Services • A flat $15 deposit is required. Can differ depending on service. Remaining Balance • The remaining balance is due at the time of service. ⸻ 📆 Cancellation Policy Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice) If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time: • Your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to reschedule, your deposit will remain on file and be applied to your new appointment date. ✔ Cancel 24+ hours ahead → Deposit refunded ✔ Reschedule 24+ hours ahead → Deposit stays on file ⸻ ⛔ Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice) If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment: • Your deposit will be forfeited. • A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. ⸻ ⏰ Lateness Policy Please be respectful of my time and the time of other clients. • Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late may be accommodated if scheduling permits and will incur a $10 late fee. • If your late arrival interferes with the next scheduled appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit will be retained. If you contact me and we successfully reschedule your appointment, no additional deposit will be required. If you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their appointment and does not communicate beforehand. First No-Show • Deposit is forfeited. • To rebook, a 30% deposit will be required, regardless of service type. Second No-Show • You will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with StyledByRomey. 🧼 Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair reasonably detangled and free of oils, grease, and excessive product buildup. - If a shampoo service is needed, it can be provided during your appointment. - Excessively tangled, matted, or unprepared hair will incur an additional $20 fee. 🎥 Media Policy Photos and videos may be taken during or after your service for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. • Clients who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify me before the service begins. ⏳ Same-Day Appointment Policy Same-day appointments are accepted based on availability. • Same-day bookings may be subject to an additional fee due to the short notice. • Availability is not guaranteed. ⸻ 🎨 Hair Color Policy If you have a specific hair color request, please notify me before your appointment. • Exact color matches cannot always be guaranteed. • Custom color requests may require additional time, materials, or fees. • If no color preference is communicated before your appointment, hair will be provided in natural black when applicable. ⸻ 📍Location Policy Appointment location details will be sent approximately 48 hours before your appointment. • Please do not share location information with others. • Location details are provided only to confirmed clients with active appointment
