BRIDAL INQUIRIES - For all bridal inquiries, please reach out to us directly. - Please note that bridal pricing varies from our standard services; we ask that you do not book any additional services. - The pricing for bridal glam will be communicated prior to your session. - To ensure a smooth experience, adherence to these guidelines is appreciated. DEPOSIT POLICY - A £30 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please include your name as a reference when making your deposit. - If we do not receive your deposit within 24 hours, your booking will unfortunately be canceled. - While deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied towards future bookings. CANCELLATION POLICY - To cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. - After a cancellation, you have three days to reschedule your appointment; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. - Please keep in mind that no-shows will be treated as cancellations, and deposits cannot be reused. LATENESS POLICY - We kindly ask you to arrive on time to avoid a £10 late fee if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. - Arriving over an hour late may result in a cancellation of the appointment. PREMIUM APPOINTMENTS - If you wish to book outside of our regular operating hours, please note that there is an additional charge (£25 for studio services, £30 for home services). - Sundays and holidays (including Christmas and New Year) are considered premium slots. OTHER NOTABLES - With your consent, I may capture photos during our sessions for social media. - We kindly request that no additional guests accompany you without a prior appointment. We truly appreciate your choice to work with us, and we look forward to creating something beautiful with you!

This service takes 7 - 10 working days for your hair wig to be ready.
