Policy and Terms

Booking | A deposit of 50% is required upon booking all services, this will be deducted from your appointment total. After you make your booking request I will contact you to confirm and send a payment link for deposit Cancellations | I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel or notify may result in a fee. Late Arrivals | Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule or amend your appointment if the services cannot be completed in the remaining time. Missed Appointments | Failure to cancel or reschedule an appoinment and/or No Shows will lose the 50% deposit for services scheduled.
