1. **Reservas y Cancelaciones**  
   - Se requiere una cita previa para garantizar la disponibilidad de nuestros servicios.  
   - Para cambios o cancelaciones, agradecemos que nos informes con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. Cancelaciones tardías o ausencias pueden incurrir en una tarifa del 50% del servicio reservado.

2. **Política de Llegada**  
   - Solicitamos a nuestros clientes llegar puntualmente. Un retraso de más de 15 minutos podría resultar en la reprogramación de tu cita para garantizar el servicio de otros clientes.

3. **Condiciones de Salud**  
   - Por favor, infórmanos sobre cualquier condición médica, alergias, embarazo o lesiones al momento de reservar. Esto nos ayudará a personalizar tu experiencia de manera segura y adecuada.

4. **Reembolsos y Garantías**  
   - No ofrecemos reembolsos en servicios ya realizados. Sin embargo, si no estás satisfecho con algún servicio, por favor háznoslo saber antes de salir del spa para buscar una solución.

5. **Política de Propinas**  
   - Las propinas no están incluidas en los precios de los servicios y se agradecen como reconocimiento al excelente trabajo de nuestro equipo.

6. **Privacidad y Confidencialidad**  
   - Toda información personal proporcionada será tratada con estricta confidencialidad y solo se utilizará para gestionar tu experiencia con nosotros.

7. **Derecho de Admisión**  
   - Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión para garantizar un ambiente respetuoso y cómodo para todos nuestros clientes y colaboradores.
