🔒 POLICIES & CONDITIONS Please read carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following policies. 🫧 PRE-APPOINTMENT SKIN CARE To prevent irritation or skin lifting, please discontinue the following 7 days before your appointment: • Retinol / Retin-A and other retinoids • Chemical exfoliants such as AHA / BHA If your skin is not suitable for the service, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. •Avoid direct contact with the sun for a long time, avoid this for at least 72 hours or more 💳 DEPOSIT * A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. * The deposit must be paid through the booking portal. * The deposit will be applied to your remaining balance only if all booking and punctuality policies are followed. 👩🏻 NEW CLIENTS * For new clients, cancellations outside the allowed time frame, NO-SHOWS, or late arrivals that result in cancellation will be subject to an additional 15% charge of the reserved service to the card on file. * This charge is non-refundable. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. * Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of the deposit. * Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 🚫 NO-SHOW * Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice is considered a NO-SHOW. * The deposit will be forfeited automatically. * New clients will also be charged the additional 20% fee. *Regular Customers will also be charged the additional 15% fee. * Repeated NO-SHOWS may result in restrictions on future bookings. ⏰ PUNCTUALITY * A maximum 10-minute grace period is allowed. * Appointment times will not be extended due to late arrival. * If your lateness prevents the service from being performed, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. 💵 PAYMENT * The remaining balance is due at the end of the service. * Cash: exact amount is preferred. * Card: an additional fee applies. 👤 GUESTS No additional guests are allowed, except for a parent/legal guardian accompanying a minor.
