To reserve your very first Strands appointment, all new clients must submit a non-refundable $15 deposit. This deposit is applied to your service and ensures your sparkle spot is officially held. Unconfirmed appointments will drift away into the sparkle universe, and future booking access may be limited. ✨ Arrival Arrive with clean, dry hair so your strands can shine their absolute brightest. ✨ Bringing Your Own Tinsel You’re welcome to bring your own fairy hair, but pricing is based on time and artistry, not materials—so the rate remains the same. ✨ Late Policy If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee may apply. A timely entrance keeps the magic flowing for everyone! ✨ No Call / No Show If you disappear without notice, future booking privileges may be removed—this ensures appointments stay fair for all sparkle lovers. ✨ Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Private Event/Birthday Party

Event/Birthday host receives half a head of fairy hair with the booking (around 40-50). Party goers usually receive 12 Strands. The starting price covers 5 attendees and event/party host. Pricing based on how many attendees and how many strands for each attendee. Once a total is given, half of the amount is due to hold the date.
